MYTH: "Alarm.com is monitored in the Phillipines"

FACT: All of our customers' alarm signals are transmitted to and monitored by our dispatch team at our corporate office in Anchorage. While we do have customers using smart home features through their Alarm.com smart phone app, their redundant and secure network is in the United States and their tech support team is based in Minnesota.
